Upload and display avatars for everyone in your workforce as a simple yet powerful way to quickly identify assignees at a glance. If you use contractors as a part of your workforce, using their logo as their avatar is also great way to differentiate them from internal technicians.
Technicians can add their own avatars from the Loc8 mobile app (make sure to update to the newest version), and Users can add avatars for themselves and others from the workforce area.
